Even though we have just finished with one season in the Church we can still be prepared for the next one.  Ash Wednesday is on February 17, 2021 and a note has been released about how the ashes are to be distributed.  

If the image of the document is hard to read it says that the formula is said only once and for those who come forward ashes are sprinkled on the head (not on the forehead as is the usual custom in the United States.)
